Shoulder pain

Has anyone had trouble with muscle pain during a flare? The muscles in my shoulder and neck are so tight and causing me a lot of pain. It feels like the flare inflamed my muscles if that's even possible. I've gotten a couple of massages and it helps for a couple of days and then it's back again.

I plan to see my GP about it next week, but just wondered if I was crazy for seeing a connection! :-D

I get quite a bit of shoulder pain, probably related to the joints in there. Massages are temporarily helpful for me too.
