Cimzia reaction, bug, or flare??

OMG...I have no idea what just happened in the past 24 hours but it was the one of the worst experiences in my life. My stomach hurt so bad I thought I needed to go to the ER for help....but I toughed it out. I was throwing up and D for 24 hours.

Back story....I called my Cimzia pharmacy and talked to them about taking my Cimzia because I had left it out of the fridge for 24 hours. They said that if it's been exactly 24 hours, then it's ok. So, i took it. Within 12 hours I was having these symptoms. What do you guys think? Bug, Cimzia reaction or flare?? I guess it could have been food poisoning too...although I don't know what I ate that was different than everyone else.

I'm thinking Cimzia...but I don't know. I'm feeling better this morning and ate something and it's staying down, but we'll see what the day holds.

I was on Cimzia for several years until it stopped working for me :(
Anyway, I used to get my Cimzia through mail order and one time the airplane that was transporting it got snowed in at an airport during a bad snowstorm so I did not get my medicine until 2 days later. It arrived with the ice packs completely melted and warm. I called the pharmacy and they told me it should be fine so I took it and had no problems. I suspect my Cimzia had been at room temperature for at least 24 hours.
Did you eat out that day? I could have been the medication but I suspect food or a stomach virus as the culprit.
