6mp and imuran cause me to have severe back pain, imuran is worse. Anyone have the same issue?

No, I haven't had those symptoms, though I am on a low dose. I know that people with Crohn's have a higher risk of arthritis-like symptoms, so you should definitely ask your doctor about
it. There is also some kind of spine-related immune-system response that they can run a blood test for, called Ankylosing spondylitis. You should research the specific pain you are having and see what pops up, it may help you get a better idea of what is going on. Sorry you are in pain, and I hope it gets better soon!
