I was diagnosed with crohn's in 2009, I am getting extreme joint pain in my fingers and feet.. have others had this? some people are telling me its a reaction to my remicade?

It could be a reaction to the remicade, it's hard to say from here. I have had terrible joint pain as a part of my Crohn's. If your Crohn's is well controlled by the remicade I'd be more likely to believe the joint pain is a reaction to the drug than it is an enteritis arthritis.

Joint pain is a common symptoms of CD. Not sure about the remicade. I thought remicade was used to help with joint pain. Maybe ask your pharmacist or doc?
