cimzia and infections

I've been on cimzia for awhile now.  Maybe a year and half.  Well the last few months I've been dealing with chronic sinus, ear, and throat infections.  I've taken cipro 4 times in the last few months.  That scares me by itself because I've had cdiff before.  Anyway it never fails, I take my shot of cimzia, next day wake up with a sore throat sick as death.  cimzia has put me into remission so I'm scared to get off, but I know this cannot be a good sign.  Any suggestions on how to keep these infections at bay??
