On Medicare Co-pay's?

I have read a lot of posts here and I have to wonder how so many of you deal with the outrageous co-pays associated with the biologic's.
I used to be on both Remicade for about a year and then I went on humira. I was fortunate enough to get a grant from Patient Access Network Foundation that paid for the entire co-pay, this past year and a half I have been trying to renew my grant without success. They have no money left.
I have been off Humira for so long that the crohns is active big time and psoriasis is full blown along with unbelievable joint and leg pain.
I have fallen through the cracks I am afraid. No matter where I look I have no success. Anyone have another suggestion for co-pay help?

I believe that Humira Protection Plan is not available to people with any type of governmental health plan [Medicare, Tricare, etc.]

Thanks for trying to give me some direction to go. Ides I did already call the makers of Humira and you were absolutely right. I have Medicare so I am out of luck. I have called 3 different organizations that do help with the co-pays and so far they have all told me the funds are fully allocated already so, they say keep calling back each week and "MAYBE YOU CAN GET LUCKY" Really? So, for now I am taking steroids by choice, they are the only thing cheap enough that I can afford.
I really thought I might start gaining weight but so far it hasn't happened. I am still hovering around 115lbs At 5-6 and almost 53 my old GI said he was really concerned about my weight. I do understand his concern. It is so hard for me to try to eat because I know after 30 years with this dang disease it only takes one meal to send me to the ER.
One can only eat so much jello, broth and juice for so long before you do the one thing you shouldn't and eat something solid.
Stricturing disease just plain s*cks, forgive my bad language, but it does.
Then you add the other diseases that have plagued me and I end up wondering if this world is even worth trying to survive anymore.
The anti-depressants just don't seem to make me look foreword to hoping for better health and times anymore.
And now, I worry what is going to happen with disability benefits and Medicare with all the crap going on in congress.
I am truly feeling hopeless.
