Humaria and missed dose

For those on humaria if you miss a dose by a day or two do you start experiencing symptoms?

I wish I could help you but I have never missed a dose. Since I usually start feeling bad a few days before the injection, I am patiently waiting for the next dose.

In the beginning I missed a dose by a day or two and wondered why I was feeling bad but now also feel bad a few days before the next dose so I don't forget.

Oh yes! I never forget though because 3 days after my shot I feel so miserable that I'm counting down the days to my next dose! I have had blood back in my stools so maybe my GI will bump it up to biweekly..
