Hello,
I noticed you are taking calcium. I have found in the past that calcium supplements really bother the Crohn's, but maybe that is just me. I try to get tons of calcium from my diet, like Biobest lactose free yogourt, cottage cheese, and treated milk.
I have had Crohn's for 24 years. Last resection was in 2001.....since then I have been almost symptom free. I take my meds daily, exercise, and stick to a strick diet - avoiding all foods that I know bother me.
Whenever I have the start of pain in the terminal ileum, I do the following: There is a picture on my GI's wall of the inside of a healthy small bowel. I have that image burned in my memory. Whenever I start to feel pain, I close my eyes, breath deeply, relax, and imagine that healthy bowel is my bowel. I do this for 2 -3 minutes, take a break and repeat for another 2-3 minutes. The pain goes away....completely.....for weeks or months.
Sometimes I do this even if I am symptom free, when I think of it, as a preventative.
Give it a try.....it might help.
