apriso

I've been on Apriso since I was diagnosed with Crohn's about 5 months ago. I've had excellent results with it. So far, I'm symptom free. I religiously take my 4 pills every day. Yesterday, for the first time, I forgot to take my pills. During the night, I had stomach pain and diarrhea - the same symptoms I had before starting Apriso. Is is possible that my symptoms would return that quickly? Any input would be helpful!!!

I did resume my pills the next day and feel considerably better, but not 100%
