I've had IBS now for almost 2 years and some things are starting to change. I can no longer really "push" my BMs out. They have to start on their own. That means I can run to the bathroom with the urge a half dozen times before I actually go. I'm having major spasms while trying to go. Spasming, body shakes, sweating, and the most recent... the last 2 times I've vomited (not pleasant when you've had a partial Nissen wrap and can't fully throw up at all).
My BMs start relatively normal then turn to very loose stools and finally all liquid. I can feel and hear the liquid moving through my bowels. So 3 different toilet breaks to get it all out of me. So does this sound like Crohn's? And if so, what tests did you have done to confirm?
