Is it possible that inflammation from cd could make whiplash and other injuries take longer to heal?? Going back to primary dr and tryin to see a chiropractor...

More likely to be the meds in your sig causing slow wound healing than the Crohn's.

But sometimes things just take forever to heal, even in healthy people. Neck injuries are something which can plague people for years after an accident.

Oh no! Hope your injuries are not too serious.
Immune modulators may make things heal slower, plus inflammation most likely effects everything. Hope you feel better soon.

I would think its the meds. I'm going in for surgery tomorrow and I had stop my Methotrexate for 1 month prior to surgery and can't go back on it until I am fully healed.
