Alittle scared about some serious things happening; lump and sharp pain in chest ?

I am not sure if anyone can offer any expertise in this area.

I started Remicade 2 months ago - will get 3rd or 4th this Friday ( did I mention that my memory is getting worse !)

Doc took me off of Avera - it was the clincher - I was falling asleep at my desk at work ... thankfully I work at home - regardless I couldn't work and ended up working late hours to make up the time. The fatigue and the body pain was horrible ...

He changed me to Entecort last week and I have felt so much better ! Not falling asleep like I was and even the joint pain has gotten better ! BUT I don't know if it is coincedence or not - around the same time as this med change I began to get Severe sharp shooting pains in my RIGHT upper chest - that lasted only a few seconds ...but the pain was so severe that if it were on the left side I would be convinced it was a heart attack. But this was my RIGHT SIDE ?? After a few days it was coming more frequently and lasting a little longer .. I would grab my chest and scream in pain ...then it would go away ...

Yesterday while at church I noticed a lump on my right forearm under skin ...that really hurt when I touched it ...it does not move around ... and is very sore .. Yesterday was the last time I had that chest pain too ...

did this lump come out and stop the chest pain .. honestly I am a little scared that it is a clot or something ...

I put in a call to my doctor at 8 this morning ...no word yet .. I even called one of the local hospitals and talked to a nurse on line about the chest pains ...of course she didn't know either ..

Has anyone ever experienced this with remicade or entecort or any other med ...or is this something I should seriously worry about ..

After being in the hospital in June and out of work for 6 weeks I am afraid I would end up losing my job and insurance if I get sick again !!
I am going to write notes to my family ..."just in case" -

any input is appreciated !

i have some lumps under my arm and they're cysts.. they come and go.. flare now and then. they're small.. like marble sized.. i have 3 or 4 of them.

i use to get pain in my chest on the left side.. i was so worried it was heart related. after all the standard tests I was told it was muscular.. and it was. it eventually got better with the help of a very talented massage therapist. at the time, i was carrying around my son a lot and he was big so i attributed it to that.

i do have gallstones so i know how that feels too. it usually happens after a meal.. sometimes at night. it's not so much a pain in the chest as it is usually lower but it can radiate.

i can't say what you have but there are many possibilities.. i hope your dr. calls you back soon. in the meantime try not worry and assess if anything triggers it likes foods or activities etc. if it continues then it wouldn't hurt to go to the ER just to get checked out.
