Stomach bug or flare???

So I had cold/cough thing for about four days. That cleared up. Then, I had the most severe nausea for the next two. Now, I've got horrible D and had to leave work today. Wondering if I've picked up some wicked combination bug that does respiratory AND stomach symptoms, or I'm heading into a flare? On a maintanance does of Entocort (trying to taper 3 mg every other day). Just in case, I took two today... What are your thoughts?

I don't seem to be running a fever (at least the thermometer doesn't show it), but I FEEL hot. Body is warm. Doesn't Entorcort mask fever? SO confused!

We have a flu floating around my office right now with those symptoms..I caught some flu like that before I got my flu shot and moved..I am congested but I am going to stick to I just got a cold for now..It is hard sometimes to decipher if it is I am headed into a flare or something else..I went into a flare last July after a break..

I suggest you call GI regardless. In our situations flus and stomach bugs can trigger a flare. Doc might have few suggestions or be able to get you hydrated if needed. Good idea just to check in. Get better.
