53 yo with Crohn's stricture and I look pregnant!

It has been 18 years since my diagnosis of Crohn's and subsequent bowel resection of the ileum, cecium and a foot of bowel. Since then, while I have not experienced active Crohn's until recently, I developed pretty bad arthritis (bad enough for 2 total knee replacements and 2 revisions) and have had bouts of weight loss as well as surgery for a fistula. So far, the Crohn's has been mild, it's all the other stuff that comes with it that bother me. I noticed the signs early this year; weight loss, nausea and vomiting, bloat, weird feelings in my gut. A colonscopy and upper gi/small bowel follow-thru confirmed active Crohn's and a stricture. Not sure of the nature of the stricture, my GI doc put me on Humira. After showing no signs of improvement, he surmised it must be scar tissue and referred me to the surgeon who took care of my fistula 7 years ago. My symptoms have become much worse in the last few weeks, bloated stomach and bowels are not moving much at all, even with a daily laxative. Before undergoing another bowel surgery, the surgeon put me on Entocort. I have not been on it long enough to determine whether or not it will help... but I have a feeling I will still need surgery. Over the summer, I gained about 15 lbs very fast, and the stomach bloat got worse. Most of the time, I'm hungry, but so afraid to eat much beyond nutrition drinks and foods with a baby food consistency. Most of the food is just staying in and my stomach is huge. I wake up in the morning and the heaviness and pain is awful. Has anyone else experienced this?
