Yup, yup. Been there, done that. Bloat, rotten egg taste, spasmodic pain, sometimes if I was lucky loud bubbling, growling noises in my gut (lucky because things started moving thru, hence the noise), nausea, even vomiting. High grade partial obstruction and then finally full obstruction and perforation. At that point I was vomiting what looked and smelled and tasted like feces.
For 2 1/2 years I put up w/the bloating and nausea and gut spasms, the only relief being a trip to ER for a shot of phenergan and demerol and being sent home. Until that full obstruction. That earned me an admission to hospital, a nasalgastro tube and IV fluids - and eventually to a resection of 18" of mid-ileum and a 20 year remission of disease activity.
Go to a liquid diet for some relief. But you are facing surgery for that obstruction.
