Hi, I have not been hear for sometime. My Crohn's has still been in remission for over 10 yrs. My GI doctor took me off Humira because I started have tremours on my left hand. I also went to see my Rheumy
doctor on Dec 3rd. I had 8 vials of blood drawn. I am now taking Enbrel for my Ra arthritis. I do the injections once a week. I am also
a ginny pig since Enbrel was never approved for Crohn's.
I also taked to CVS/Caremark pharmacy they told me Humira and Enbrel are sister drugs. My gastro knows I am on this med. I am doing good on my new med.

Well, I just came over to wish everyone a Happy New Year, and look who I bump into! Two of my two favorite people here. Been awhile. Yeah, yeah, I know, I keep slipping in my promised attendence, but.. No major flare since 04 myself. No kidneystones since 07 so, other than arthritis issues (most non-CD related) and some EN lumps ( my only ongoing concern from Ol Mr. Crohns) there really has not been a reason, other than some encouragement,
Well, I hope every does have a Happy & healthy New Year, with Remissions galore!

Nice to see you back Teddybearweiser, it has been a long time. It will be interesting to see if the Enbrel will help your crohns to. That would sure be a bonus! I am on Humira (5 years) and touch wood, so far so good.

Hi Julia, I am glad Humira is working for you. I will keep everyone updated on the Enbrel. I see my Rheumy again in March.
