What I have right now is a lot of anxiety in the mornings. Intermittent cramping. Nausea. Whatever is going on cycles in and out. When it's going full force, I'll have dumping diarrhea, vomiting, terrible nausea, horrible cramps. That can last 3 months. I'll usually lose 10lbs or so. What I've been doing the last several days is eating HIGH fiber meals. I made a 15 bean soup. It has 18 grams of fiber per cup. I've eaten it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Veggies and fruit too. It's been a couple days since I've had pain. I stopped the Bentyl. It didn't help. It made me a lot worse cuz it was making me terribly nauseated. Since the "bean diet" I've had normal bowel movements every morning. Nearly no nausea. cramping almost gone. Just left with a LOT of anxiety in the mornings. I had a normal abdominal CT. With contrast. Could this still be crohns? Sorry if I repeat myself. I usually check this on my phone. It's hard for me to go back and read
