Feel like I'm taking two steps back..

So I had a hospitalization in Jan and have been on a slow pred taper currently at 10mg. My symptoms seem to be getting worse like pre-hospitilization. I have bloody diarrhea sometime 10x or more a day, terrible gas that eventually diarrhea comes out so it's like I pooped my pants and sometimes excruciating pain. Last night was so bad I was going to have my parents take me to the ER, like i couldn't stand up straight, but 3 vicodin pills seemed to help. Saw the doc last wednesday and was put on imuran too and may switch now from remicade to humira. I just feel like I'm on the road to the hospital again especially with pain that intense. I am also scared to eat and really have no appetite, all I had today was a half a bagel with nothing on it, a small piece of chicken, some hummus, a handful of pretzels and a handful of grapes and it makes me feel gross and bloated. What do I do? I just feel so frustrated and discouraged. I'm on spring break but I'm supposed to work like 30hrs at my part time job and I feel like if I keep calling in they'll fire me. I mean how bad should it be if I need to go to the ER?

I am assuming seedless grapes!!!! Grapes are not an especially good choice of fruits for crohnies due to the skins. They are difficult to digest.
