My GI does rapid infusions at the Hospital where he is based. Apparently it's becoming more common here in Australia and it's already being done in Europe. Interesting article.

In the data set, what is the age weight distribution that have tolerated the quick infusion and what dose level? These are important to know.

This one did not make me a happy camper. another risk.

Ugh QE, that's awful. Although, part of me wonders if the increased risk from biologics is more related to the fact that those of us on biologics have more (&harder to control) inflammation? I've had the colon cancer talk with my GI a couple times, and he always winds up saying that the best thing we can do to reduce my colon cancer risk is keep the inflammation down as much as possible.

Humira has been a godsend, but I always feel like I'm trading being able to get out of bed right now for potentially dying of cancer in 20 years. Yeah, I can be a drama queen.
