Regular BM`s, no frequent diarrhea, no constipation

Sorry to bother you again. I'm doing colonoscopy this monday and I'm really anxious.

Already did blood test, and all came back good and clear, even C-Reactive protein (The doctor didn`t ask for faecal calprotectin, don`t know why)

But I've been suffering from mild to only a disconfort pain, bloating and gas. Most of the times I know the pain is coming from gas, but sometimes the pain is like cramps. They get worse as I get stressed and anxious. No frequent diarrhea (had 2 in the period of 1yr), no constipation, never seen blood, and I have 1 BM a day, and this is almost a rule.

Has anyone ever been diagnosed with Cronh's, only with those symptons?

From this post and your previous post, I don't think it's likely you have Crohn's.

I'm too sleep-deprived to write a lengthy post, but there probably isn't much point anyway. Wait to see what the colonoscopy shows. I hope if it's clear that will relieve your anxiety about having a serious GI disease. Try to remember that millions of people have GI symptoms similar to yours without having Crohn's or bowel cancer.

I was diagnosed with Crohn's six months ago and had similar symptoms as you. Mild pain, gas, no diarrhea, no constipation. Major concern at that time was weight loss. Now six months later I can add joint pain, nausea and fatigue to the list
