Does anybody suffer from this?

I woke up in the middle of the night with a severe headache and pain in my right sinus. I was screaming out of pain. Three weeks ago, I had the same problem and the GP gave me an antispasmodic injection. I felt better then. So, I took the injection today but did not feel any better. At times I think this is caused by GERD esp the sinusitis pain. At other times I feel that proctitis is the cause as I keep having tenesmus. The headache is horrible and I'm nauseous. I failed to figure out the cause and my GI doesn't seem to understand the problem. I told him about it before but he wasn't much of a help. So, I'm trying to solve the problem on my own. I took a pentasa enema and hope things will settle down. Did anyone experience something like this before?

Could you please reply how the Pepzin GI and Iberogast worked together? I have a 12 yr old daughter who is suffering terribly with acid reflux and gastritis.
