Basically just agreed with kazbern. The steps to getting a Crohn's diagnosis are blood/stool tests, colonoscopy and at least one small bowel test, such as barium follow through. Blood tests are not very reliable, and stool tests exist mainly to rule out infectious causes. However one stool test does measure intestinal inflammation and that's faecal calprotectin. It's generally accurate, but non-specific (ie will detect inflammation, but not the cause of it), and being on NSAIDs/PPIs can give false positives.
Might be worth asking for a faecal calprotectin test? Anyway, I have got to go to bed now, but good luck... :-/
