If you look hard enough you can find yogurt made from goats milk which has the same beneficial bacteria loading as cows milk. you can also make yogurt made from almond milk and soy milk.
No matter how much probiotics you take, it is not going to do you any good unless you eliminate the bad bacteria causing you the inflammation and this you do with the SCD diet. read the book "breaking the vicious cycle"
