failed range of motion test

probably. disability is an employment status, not a health status. so they're not terribly concerned with how sick you are, they're concerned by how you would fare in the workplace. i think it's safe to say not well, so i'm sure you'll get it.

have you head your hearing yet? if not, they might still decline you. once you get a hearing, though, i think they'll accept you. the judge in my case REALLY knew his stuff, understood my medical records and all that. right off the bat he said he was sure i belonged on disability, he just had to figure out if my claim date was accurate.

no hearing yet. just 3 different doctors n months of waiting. First doctor was crohns related who said that my condition bad, and how my multiple bathroom uses, constant pain, & severe flares make it impossible to work. they sent me questionnaire on pain. they replied by sending me for this range of motion test. now the worker saying 6-8 weeks more for reading what drs said. I've been out of work almost a year now.
