Resection in May, now skin tag like thing on anus?

Ugh embarrassing topic but I had a resection back in May and noticed I developed a super tiny and painless skin tag like growth on my anus, what does that mean?

It's skin colored and very small. Everywhere I google is freaking me out so hopefully you guys can help :(

I have crohns of the ileum and my next colonoscopy is in a month.
