Belly Button pain

Hi everyone,
I've been having constant pain around the belly button area for the past 2 weeks. I thought it was constipation pain but lingers after i have diarrhea. Sometimes its so bad i need pain meds or it wakes me from my sleep. Its above and below the area. Could it be ibs or crohn's acting up? Dr ordered mri too.

The symptoms of Crohn's disease includes diarrhea, fever and fatigue, abdominal pain and cramping, blood in your stool, mouth sores, reduced appetite and weight loss and Perianal disease. I think the doctor will be able to identify your problem.
