not sure what that is, but this disease has upped my pain for tolerance tasting bad stuff. I would eat crap to be normal again.

i have a pretty high tolerance for bad tasting stuff but i want to make sure it has actually had good results with people. i think people with chronic illnesses are some of the toughest people on this planet. we silently suffer, we push on, we trudge through enduring pain, we are a band of brothers.

I have found it helpful. I bought it ground and make a gruel out of it. It isn't tasty by any stretch of the imagination. It definitely feels soothing to me, and like it does help coat things.

You can buy a slippery elm tea, which is actually tasty for a regular herbal tea, but just be aware that too much has a laxative effect if you are experiencing D.
