anyone have acid reflux?

Yes, yes, and yes. It is very common with Crohn's. Mine is so bad I develop strictures in my esophagus the way you would in your colon! I was on omeprazole (prilosec) and now am on Nexium. Even so, I will still get heartburn at times.

Been on PPI's( prevacid) on and off, but get real bad nausea from it, so I'm not on it all the time.  Prevacid is a prescription over in my country, but they sell a few over the counter as well, Zantac is one.   If the heartburn gets worse, you should mention it to your doctor.  I can't eat spicy foods, red/ green peppers even bother me, let alone the hot ones, so does chocolate, nuts and onion, fatty fried food are just a few.

Yes. I had acid reflux for 5 years before Crohn's diagnosis last summer 2014. I didnt seek medical help until food was getting stuck in my esophagus causing me to choke. GI diagnosed with reflux / hiatal hernia and prescribed Protonix. 9 months later I had laproscopic Nissen Fundoplication as my surgeon questioned why I had suffered from pneumonia 4 times over past 5 years. After CT and other tests I was diagnosed with GERD. I opted to have the Fundoplication at the same time resection surgery. Good news is that the Fundoplication surgery...though tough recovery....was worth it as I am REFLUX FREE! Bad news is that I now have leaky gut causing me to suffer from SIBO since the gut surgery. Gotta love this disease
