Hi, so sorry you are going through all this!! I know from experience how painful all that must be. Do you have a colorectal surgeon? If not, you need one.
Before I was Dx, I had many surgeries on an abcess that wouldn't heal. They did a bunch of the tests on me too. I didn't have many other symptoms of Crohns, just mainly the abcess and fistula. But they finally did a colonoscopy and diagnosed me. They put me on IV prednisone in the hospital and my rectum felt better within that same day! What happened is since I had Crohns, the abcess cavity was not healing but once they put me on pred, I felt better! This was after about 2 years of being in agony and many surgeries and hospitalizations. Point is, sometimes the other tests can't always see everything. I know the LAST thing you want to do is a scope, but it may give some answers. I am Now dealing with a dibilitating fissure :(
Hope you can get some relief and answers!!. The seton should help stop the cavity from filling back up. I have lived with a seton for the past 8 years
