I take the alive multivitamins. They are vegetable based too.
I get the ones without any iron.
And while you have me on the subject...
I take Alive B vitamin complex 1x daily.
I take a high quality magnesium tablet(magnesium glycinate) 200mg 2x a day.
I take a mixed magnesium tablet(various blends of magnesium without any magnesium oxide) 200mg 2x day; these have a high dose of B6 in them so I space them out several hours after my B vitamin complex, and several hours before my multivitamin. I take one before bed and sleep so good.
I sometimes take magnesium chloride in a pico based liquid formula that is easily absorbed on top of this depending how calm I am throughout the day or if I want to take a nap.
If all else fails, and I am not absorbing things too well I have a magnesium chloride lotion I use and it works amazing.
It is very expensive though so I don't use it too often.
It took me a LONG time to build my system up to handle this much magnesium. At first I had bad Diarreha.
It doesn't give me problems like that anymore. It just makes me calm, sleepy, and hungry.
Magnesium is so very important, and few people get enough of it. Supplementing with it has changed my life.
Crohn's patients are severely lacking in Magnesium, and until I started taking it I had no idea.
