constant urination

hi all im newly diagnosed with chrons. i had problem for several months and had just been diagnosed a months ago, and whats bothering me for the last 2 months i have to urinate all the time, when i say all the time its like every 15-20 minutes. and it started before i start my therapy with decortin and salofalk. does any of you have this problem? i have been at urologist and all tests where negative

Sometimes decortin (that's prednisone, right?) can increase your blood sugar levels and make you need to urinate more often.

But you're saying this started before you started the medication?

Do you have diabetes?

Any chance you have a fistula to the bladder? Or just an inflamed loop of intestine pressing against the bladder?

When you are urinating is it alot?

I mean is your bladder getting full every 15-20 mins?

If so make sure you are drinking plenty of water so you don't get dehydrated.

You would want to see an endocrinologist for a diabetes test.
or an internal medicine doctor for A1C.
