New bump after Fistula surgery

Hard to say for sure if they are skin tags, with crohn's you can get what's called perianal crohn's skin tags, I have them and in fact that's just how my crohn's started (with the anal tags) you can google pics of perianal crohn's skin tags to compare them to what you have, they are also completely different then a hemorrhoid (my perianal crohn's skin tags were sadly mistaken for hemorrhoid's and were banded while in a flared state keeping them in that flared state indefinitely) after I had the banding done on them that's when all hell broke loose with me internally therefore developing full blown crohn's disease, it's rare to have crohn's start this way but it did for me.

What was the cause of your fistula?

Hmm, that is strange...have you ever had an external hemorrhoid? External hemmies can sometimes leave skin tags behind when the hemmie shrinks up.
