HELP! remicade side effects?

hey everyone
i got off steroids in between infusions of remicade, so they had to give mee an iv steroid before the remicade infusion. that was yesterday. today, about mid morning during school, i started to have what i think is muscle pain in my left shoulder. eventually, it was my whole arm and part of my back and i couldnt move that arm, much less carry anything on it. and this whole time im in excrutiating pain and couldnt move my upper body, except my right arm. i had my mom call the doctors and they think its a reaction to the steroid and to take benadryl. so around 4 i was able to get some. so i fell asleep around 6ish cause of that but when i woke up at 8ish i couldnt move either arm i cant grab anything with my right hand with pain. does anybody have similar problems? what else can i do?!

My mom plans on calling again today. im not really able to get to school (driving would be impossible, plus i cant carry a backpack) and my mom doesnt let me off the hook easily when it comes to missing school. i slept on the couch last night cause it hurts to lay down, so i had to sleep sitting up. both hands are swollen (im assuming lack of movement). this started last night, but if i move my right arm too much it spasms a little bit
