Cutting seton fallen out

Has anyone else had this? Is there anything I need to do?

I had severe perianal abscess sepsis in April. I have had a loose seton all Summer through the fistula I have. Last month I had a fistulotomy and cutting seton put in. However I noticed today it has gone. Any advice welcome please.

Reading on the internet that when the cutting seton cuts through the muscle/tract it falls out. It has only been in for 4+ weeks so that seems a bit premature, but hopefully it has done what it has supposed to do and I won't go backwards.
