My husband and I are constantly looking for ways to improve our lives and about a month ago we decided to add bone broth to our daily regime. After 5 days of taking it, I noticed my stomach beginning to become irritated. Three weeks later, that irritation has not gone away despite the fact I am no longer taking the bone broth. In fact, I stopped the bone broth just days after. It feels like it could be a ulcer and my hubby feels its duodenal. I have also had severe constipation mixed with loose stools and a very foggy/forgetful brain. I have nausea but I have only vomited one time. Last night was a really bad painful night and has prompted me to post here looking for suggestions and advise.
When I first got this, I attempted to figure out why. I have gotten this feeling a couple times before and that was always with the addition of l-Glutamine. For some reason, I get horribly constipated with the supplements. Upon looking up bone broth and what it has nutrition wise, I found it is high in glutamine. Then I found these articles.

They basically state that some people's bodies view l-glutamine as being like gluten and treat it as such causing issues in the bowels. I went ahead and ordered some basic tests and the only thing that showed was a high Eos level of 1100 UL. Help please and thank you.
