Could this be Crohn's?

Hello,

My flare started a month ago when I woke up one morning with cramps and was passing blood.
Saw the GI immediately and had Endoscopy and Sig test done that same weekend. Nothing out of the ordinary in the Endoscopy results besides Acid Reflux. The Sig showed Colitis. I was put on Lialda and Mesalamine Enemas.
In addition DR sent me for an MRI to rule out Crohn's. The result report came back and stated that they saw "mural enhancement" Terminal Ilium. Therefore these finding may mean that its Crohn's Colitis or Crohn's Iliatis.
My GI wants to do a colonoscopy and take biopsies to confirm. Only then she'll decide if I need stronger meds.
In the mean time I'm still having occasional D with some blood and some mucous. Much better that that first week, but still there. Other symptoms: dull back pain, gassy and mild indigestion or some sensation in the upper GI. I eat much smaller portions than I normally did and get full much faster. Losing weight because of that. No other symptoms. Blood work all good.

Does this sound like Crohn's especially the "mural enhancement" part from the MRI report?
