Birth control while on humira?

Does anyone know well lady's lol the best birth control while on humira because Ihear so many stories of people saying that it ccould cause flare up etc because Iwas tthinking about depo shot , any ideas?

Not sure which one was the best but because of the constant diarrhea I used the Nuvaring while I was on Humira. Still on it too.

I did the Depo shot for about two years while on Remicade and didn't have any Crohn's problems.

I don't use it for BC but I have a mirena iud implanted with no issues.
