If Clyndimicin has given you c.diff twice, then I think that they should try a different kind of antibiotic this time, and I agree with Scifi that the Florastor might help too. I got c.diff from a Rocephin shot after a cat bite a couple of years ago. I have it again now, possibly from Cipro, but the timing is weird, so I don't know for sure. I hope they biopsied the spot to make sure it's bacterial. Apthous ulcers from Crohn's aren't necessarily a bacterial infection. Check with your GI before taking any antibiotics, I think
