Humira worked for me for three years, it stopped working and the dose was increased to once a week. It did not work at all. Then spent 9 months on Entyvio (may be a choice for you) and it did not work at all.
Now I am going on Remicade and Imuran which as a combo therapy has promise.
The next big thing is Stelara which the clinical trial just ended and may be available at the end of 2016. Was seen by one of the researchers of the UNITI 2 study for Stelara and they found that the current Stelara dose of 80mg for psoriasis via injection is not enough. They saw very good results with 400mg infusions which is probably the way it will get released to the market.
There are other drugs, Morgensens which is a pill, that has had mixed results, it is years away from general release.
