Lower left pain. Blockage? Stricture?

I have been experiencing lower left pain for about 2 weeks now. It's pretty low near pubic bone.. It all started when I had my tooth extraction and I didn't eat much for a few days.. I got constipated and haven't really that been regular since. Although I am having BMs now... It feels like a running cramp or bad gas pain but it is pretty constant and gotten progressively worse. I also have no appetite. I have app with GI next week but wanted to check her first. Do you think it could be stool that's stuck? Or what. I've never had anything like this with my Crohn's. I don't ever have D or C.

I once suffered from secondary megacolon caused by constipation and that used to cause pain in my left side. But the left side was distended, too. I took a lot of laxatives and by time it cleared on its own.

Also, my pain is always localized in my lower right quadrant but sometimes I complain from pain in my left side and my GI says it's radiated pain as it is your right side that hurts not the left. These are all the options I can think of.

I had that last week and thought I was done, uncomfortable left lower sided abdominal discomfort mostly. I also felt I couldn't pass much and I don't mean regular stool, I couldn't even pass much diarrhea, and when I did, it felt incomplete. You know, the kind where it feels like your sides are about to explode. Well the next day it let loose and I felt myself again, A couple days before I had eaten liver to help with anemia, and I think that's what done it, it was hard to pass. I have to really watch my fiber as well, because of the stricture, not to mention some inflammation was probably going on as well. Glad you are feeling better. Until you see your Dr. keep your diet light.

LoL, sometimes diarrhea is a blessing when you need it.
