Hx Crohns 1980 just got dx with Cirrhosis Scared Confuzzeled Family dosen't Understand

purple] Hi I haven't been on forum since 2006 Well let me start I was dx with cirrhosis of liver......I have had Crohn's since Sept 8 1980......Let me start with that the test which showed the cirrhosis was done in 2014 I was not told about results until July 2015....Surprised...,I certainly was it seems the doctor who saw me left the practice and the doctor who took me on (same office) thought I was told by old doctor I guess I fell through the cracks. Anyway I am so scared so confused I am snapping out on my daughter and husband over the stupidest things and always apologize but the tension in house is explosive is there anyone out that can tell me what to do where to start what questions do you ask I need HELP I am scared and I feel I am all alone. Thank for your hugs and understanding....My family they haven't spoke to me since 4/1/2011 and made it clear not to get in touch with them. So as pathetic as it sounds I have no friends or family to speak of I will always have my husband and he is a SAINT He gave up having a life when the Crohns got bad and he has always had my back....but when he sees me in pain physically or emotionally he just goes of like a nuclear bomb......he yells he says things that are not very nice but all he knows is I am hurt and sick and he has no control.
