Nausea and zofran

I have been extremely nauseous today for some reason. I took a zofran at noon and felt a little better. it's now 4pm I feel really nauseous again. Bottle says take every 8 hours. Seems like you used to be able to take every 6 hours?? I can't get ahold of my dr

No I don't know why I'm nauseous. I also have a low grade fever. It could be a number of things.. My mom had a stomach bug the other day so I may have caught that, I started Canasa suppositories so it could be side effects, or it could be my CROHNS or something else😳 I'm going to see my dr if I don't feel better by tomorrow.

When I'm nauseous, I take zofran tablets 8 mg twice/day. If things are worse, my GI normally puts me on zofran 8 mg injections for 3 days until as he says things settle down. Sometimes even I have to take injections every 12 hrs. I have GERD and that's why nausea is recurrent.
