Could I have Crohn's? Any advice appreciated!

I'm in the middle of trying to find out what I have. I strongly suspect Crohn's due to my symptoms but I'm open to being wrong and keen to hear from people who've had similar issues.

Symptoms history:
Diarrhoea almost daily for about 2 years which I mostly ignored. I moved to the middle east in Feb 2015 so assumed my stomach was upset from food/water/bacterial infections and I just put up with it hoping it would go away. I've also had extreme fatigue for 2 years which I thought might be due to weather. I get nausea pretty regularly too.

It is getting worse in last year to the point that after eating anything I would get immediate bloating and diarrhoea. There didn't seem to be a particular food trigger. I've never seen blood but I have seen mucus (sorry, gross). It has become progressively worse and now is interfering with my life and work.

I got Amoebiasis (Entomoeba Histolytica) infection in May this year which was cleared with antibiotics but my diarrhoea and pain continued despite the bug being cleared.

Three weeks ago I had a severe pain episode and ended up in emergency dept. with suspected appendicitis because it was right sided. It settled though and must have been part of what's going on in my intestines. This prompted me to pursue this and find out what's going on.
I've also lost 6kg since May.

Testing so far:
Stool test 27 July- Negative for CRP, Cryptos., Giardia, Entomoeba Histolytica (so bugs aren't causing my ongoing symptoms)
Blood 27 July (CBC):
WBC - 3.7 (low)
RBC - 3.93 (low)
MCV - 98 (High)
Red Cell Distribution Width - 15 (high)
ESR - 18 (normal but at high end of range 0-20)
(Lab comment: Mild macrocytic normochromic anaemia. WBCs show mild total leucopenia)

Follow up Iron & Ferritin were normal but B12 was low.

**Calprotectin Test (2 August) was positive - 79.0. So not super high but above 50.

**Colonoscopy done today. Dr couldn't see into the terminal ileum. It shows inflammation (red and inflamed throughout) but he couldn't see any ulceration.

What I'd like to ask you all is do you think this sounds like Crohn's? If so, what do you suggest? My Dr seems good and is on board with trying to get a definitive diagnosis. He said even though the scope seemed normal-ish he suspects I may have mild Crohn's because he couldn't see into the terminal ileum and I'll need further tests to be sure. He's ordering a CT for this week. I forgot to ask him about pill cam but I'm not sure if they do that here.

I too would say that you can suspect Crohn's, but as with all that come here with similar symptoms, you can't be sure of anything without diagnostics. When they did your scope, they should have taken biopsies to test for Crohn's. That will give you your answer. The CT will also be definitive, but keep in mind the level of radiation. I would opt for an MRE.

You could have a number of other things going on. You'll want to be tested for gluten intolerance as well. Celiac presents very similar to Crohn's. C-diff would be another to rule out. Even lactose and food allergies are possible.

Keep track of the cramping. It may just be residual gas from the procedure or your gut kicking in again after it. Though crowns definitely comes with cramping pain. Let us know how it goes!
