simple answer - if it didn't make anything worse, keep eating it. Don't treat SCD like it's a religion. It's just a starting point. I have been on it for about 8 years now and over time have figured out what bothers me and what doesn't. A lot of things that bother me are actually allowed on the diet like nut butters, the fermented yogurt, dry curd cottage cheese, eggplant and dried fruits (particularly from Trader Joe's). I have tried rice flour and it doesn't affect me at all though I eat it at most once a month. Theoretically white rice is completely absorbed in the small intestine and none should reach the colon (as long as you have a normal small intestine which might not be the case).
