What would be a good antidotes for this particular problem,I thot it was a torn muscle,or because I wasn't stretching , for some reason it just won't go away? I hate the pain in my right leg under my knee cap.

I noticed your post hasn't received an answer. Have you been diagnosed with Crohn's disease? Do you think the leg pain is associated with Crohn's disease? Can you provide any more information?
