Does Remicade cause low alkaline phosphatase? I cannot get a clear answer from my doctor. My doctor is not concerned about it but its outside of the standard normal range so Id like to know why that may be.

I'm not familiar with Remicade causing low ALP. I know malnutrition can cause low ALP. Are you flaring at all? What was your albumin? If your albumin is also low I would be inclined to think it is an absorption and nutrition issue from the Crohns.

High ALP is much more of a concern and indicative of a more serious issue than low in most cases.

I watch my ALP like a hawk because of my PSC.

The ALP was 24. The albumin was 4 g/dL. I dont think I am flaring. Its been a year since I got a scope. But I had CT recently and the doctor seemed to think things were good. She did not give me specifics on the CT. My Vit D was lowish in April ( I believe in the low 30s) even though I supplement, and I have mild anemia off and on. I am gaining weight though so it seems like absorption improved somewhat, as least when it comes to fats.

If all your other liver numbers are normal I wouldn't worry too much. Things can really jump or drop sometimes. I would wait until your next bloodwork and see if there is a trend.
