Biologics and psoraisis

According to my dermatologist, it looks like Remicade has caused me to have plaque and pustular psorasis. The steriod creams help some but don't really get it in to remission so far, and getting my infusion definitely had no positive impact on the psoraisis. I am worried that this may require a longer term solution beyond steroid creams.

From what I have read, it looks like the psorasis would last even if I switched biologics, but I am curious if a different biologic would actually treat the psorasis. Remicade is working well for me for Crohn's, so I really don't want to change it up if I don't have to. Does anyone have experience with Remicade-induced psorasis that they can share?

I was on Remicade for 3 1/2 yrs & never had any problems until I developed antibodies to it & ended up with drug induced Lupus. I had zero problems with my psoriasis. However, when I switched to Humira not only did the Lupus continue but the psoriasis went full bloom. I was dx'd with 4 different types of psoriasis. This went on for a solid year & I threw in the towel. I was in & out of the hospital with cellulitis on my legs because of my feet being so raw all of the time. All of the creams the dermatologist rx'd did not touch it. The big thing is both bio's kept my crohns symptoms under pretty decent control but they both caused too many other serious issues.
