It didn't do anything for me..... Sorry.....

It's a good alternative to regular black tea since it doesn't have caffeine which can bother symptoms. I can say it does anything but I don't think it can hurt.

I find it helps with my stress and/or anxiety but can't say that I noticed it did anything for my gut.
