I a remission that lasted for close to 20 years with some minor issues if I ate the wrong food. This was due to a stricture that wasn't known about
. Right now I'm considered in endoscopic remission from the results of my last scope in December. But I can't equate it to bms or such because those still vary.
As for the cdai, I give it very little credibility where I'm concerned. I've had horrible inflammation but an average cdai score that didn't equate to how I was actually feeling.
That said, I do feel it varies greatly between CDers. Just like no one diet or medication works I don't think there is one definition of remission. But I'll take it any way I can get it
