Why do I need to bend and can't stand straight?

I never figured out the reason as this used to happen every now and then. However, lately and especially after starting my current flare up, no day passes without my being unable to straight forward; I need to bend all the time. Forgot to bring it to my GI's attention last time I saw him.

Do you have pain or a sinking sensation along with it?
I had it with my flares because of pain and also when my BP is low and heart rate is high

Lab, thank you. Yes, pain is excruciating though it has become bearable the last couple of days. It seems that both the antispasmodic and clelebrex have lost their effects.

Im so sorry, I know how terrible it can get. I used to judge days based on whether I could be vertical or not. many of them were not and if I had to go out of the house, I was always bent over. There has to be a better solution out there for you.
