Hey Bucko, hopefully the extra Vitamin D will help.
Gumby (and Bucko when you get the results) - Can I ask what your units of measurements were? I paid to have my vitamin D tested a few weeks ago (it wasn't very expensive and for some reason getting vitamin D tests on the NHS is almost impossible). My results came out at 25.3 nmol/L. I found out the US uses different units of measurements for vitamin D to most of the rest of the world. When I converted it to the US measurements my result was 10.12 ng/ml (likewise, to convert ng/ml to nmol/L, multiply the number by 2.5).
So yeah, pretty low. I really need to start taking a supplement asap.
Edit: Gumby, I don't know if you can order a vitamin D spray from Amazon or wherever. But this site has convinced me: I'm going to order the DLux3000 one. (Might pick up a magnesium and B12 spray at the same time...)
